For this specific trio, German jazz-drummer Frederik Villmow has gathered a trio consisting of three of the leading and most in demand musicians of his generation from the European jazz scene.

Jerry Lu is an award-winning and well-established pianist from the German jazz scene. Over the last years, Jerry Lu has been working with renowned artists such as Paul Heller, Ruud Breuls, Andy Haderer, Dave O´Higgins, as well as the
Frankfurt Radio Big Band (HR Big Band), and the
WDR Big Band. Jerry Lu is currently teaching jazz piano at the Institute for music at the University in Osnabruck, Germany, and is regularly touring in Europe.

Felix Moseholm is a Danish bassist, based in New York City, who has worked with acclaimed artists including Alex Riel, Jesper Thilo, Jorge Rossy,
Joe Farnsworth, Rodney Green, Frank Lacy, Sullivan Fortner, Emmet Cohen, and Brad Mehldau. He has studied at The Juilliard School in New York with jazz greats as George Coleman and Ron Carter, and has received multiple awards such as `The Horace Parlan Talent Award´.

Frederik Villmow is a jazz drummer, composer and bandleader.
He was born in 1993 in Cologne/Germany,
has a master degree from Jazzlinja ved NTNU in Trondheim,
and currently lives in Oslo, Norway.

Frederik Villmow has worked with a wide variety of musicians and ensembles
such as Tomas Franck (DK), Carl Winther (DK), Carsten Dahl (DK),
Bjørn Vidar Solli (NO), Will Vinson (UK), Lage Lund (NO),
Vigleik Storaas (NO), John Pål Inderberg (NO), Bjørn Marius Hegge (NO),
Bjørn Alterhaug (NO), Erling Aksdal (NO), Kåre Kolve (NO), Knut Riisnæs (NO),
Sigurdur Flosason (IS), Andrés Thor (IS), Andreas Dreier (NO),
Alan Skidmore (UK), Jerry Lu (GER), Marc Doffey (GER), Bendik Hofseth (NO), Tore Brunborg (NO),
Cappella Amsterdam (NL), Mats Holmquist Big Band (SWE),
Metropole Orkest Academy conducted by Vince Mendoza (NL),
and Gabriel Pérez´ SoundTrip Orchestra featuring Chris Potter (ARG/GER/USA).

Concert tours have brought him to The United Arab Emirates, Kuwait,
England, Ireland, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Greece, France, Belgium, The Netherlands,
Germany, Poland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Beside his acitivities as a drummer and composer, he´s also organizing concert series and teaching drums.

He is also hosting Lørdagsjazz, a jazz concert series in Ski,
which presents concerts with some of Norways foremost jazz musicians such as
Knut Riisnæs, Bjørn Vidar Solli, Cecilie Grundt, and Lage Lund.
